(1) Christmas includes the period from 23/12 to 02/01.

(2) Easter includes the period from the Monday before Easter, to Easter Monday.

The rates are applied according to the period selected. If a stay happens to straddle two periods, you will pay in proportion to the days falling in the first and second periods. For example, if you reserve 10 days, from 25/7 to 4/8, you will pay for 6 days (from the 25 to the 31) at the rate for July, and 4 days at the rate for August.

The apartment will be available from 15:00 of the first day of the reservation, and must be vacated by 11:00 on the last day, to allow for the cleaning and arrangement for the next guests. Any special needs will be considered on a case by case basis.
